Three people were convicted Monday for their role in a massive marriage fraud operation centered in the Twin Cities. 26-year-old Mingwen Yang, 29-year-old Guangping Lin, and 24-year-old Yanxia Tang, were found guilty on conspiracy to commit marriage fraud and aiding and abetting marriage fraud. They each face a potential penalty of 10 years in prison.

The Green Party of California - noting the Democratic Party's national platform does not support same sex marriage - is demanding that President-elect Obama un-invite pro-Prop 8 pastor Rick Warren to perform the invocation for the Obama inauguration.
